What students can do

  • Practice how to ask a teacher, counselor, coach, caregiver, or principal for help.
  • Review teacher-approved materials with guiding questions.
  • Practice fresh quiz questions and prepare a question for class.
  • Choose whether to share a prepared message with their teacher.

What RSA will not do

  • Give direct homework answers or create submit-ready assignments.
  • Show a teacher a private coaching transcript.
  • Automatically report emotions, study messages, or participation.
  • Replace a teacher, caregiver, counselor, or emergency service.

Students under 13

RSA asks for an age group, not a birthday. AI coaching for students under 13 remains paused unless enhanced child-data protections are enabled. Families and schools should decide together whether and how the pilot is used.

How families can help

Ask the student what they want to understand, let them attempt the next step, and encourage them to bring their prepared question to the teacher. For privacy or deletion requests, begin with the pilot teacher or school contact.
